The most exciting game of round 7 in the LNB took place in Puerto Plata. This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of 4th placedMarineros (4-5) to third ranked Indios (4-4) 91-90 on Tuesday evening. It was a great evening for American guard KamRon Blue (201-2000, college: Coppin St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points and 5 rebounds. Luismal Ferreiras (200-2003) helped adding 14 points and 12 rebounds. At the losing side American forward Sydney Curry (203-2000, college: GCU, agency: JCK Sports Group) responded with 20 points and 9 rebounds and forward Andersson Garcia (201-2000, college: Texas A&M) scored 7 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Indios maintains third place with 4-4 record having just three points less than leader Metros, which they share with Leones and Reales. Marineros lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth position with five games lost. They share it with Titanes.
